Welcome

Sometimes life can feel like a treadmill, every day the same. On paper, things can look good – perhaps even great, but something is missing. You might feel stuck, isolated, trapped, dissatisfied.

Maybe it’s time to shake things up. Increase your satisfaction in your life and rediscover the joy of living. Get re-energised and start living the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Hi! I’m Lindsay and I work with clients to increase their satisfaction and happiness.

When things get tough, it often seems easier to just push on through; to believe things aren’t really that bad. But not dealing with things can often make them worse.

If you’d like to make a change, but aren’t sure how or where to start, counselling can help.

I’ve worked with many clients just like you. You don’t have to deal with this yourself. Give me a call or drop me a message to find out how I can support you.

What my clients say …..

Thanks again for the last 6 weeks – Its been a real relief to feel like I’ve had someone in my corner but also completely non bias at the same time. You’ve managed to make me look at things differently whilst also giving me a bit of confidence that im not doing too bad and/or there at least might be good reason for why I have been feeling the way I have been.
Lindsay is an absolutely amazing counsellor. Her sessions transformed my life, outlook, confidence and helped me accept and process very difficult life events and relationships. Hugely grateful and thankful for the time, care, and expertise of Lindsay and would highly recommend.
Very helpful! A life changing experience for me.
It was a breath of fresh air to have a space where I could freely talk about the dark place I was in. You helped me find my voice and gave me my life back.

I decided to train as a counsellor after undertaking my own personal counselling and experiencing first hand the changes I could achieve with the support and encouragement of a counsellor.

As part of my private practice, I work with South East Coast Ambulance NHS Trust as a specialist provider of counselling services for their employees. I also volunteered as a counsellor for the in-house employee counselling service for the Royal Borough of Kingston and the Kingston Women’s Centre charity.

My clients have come from a range of different backgrounds and have sought counselling for a wide variety of reasons. Some clients have focused on past events, and others have been looking for support with more current issues.

Whatever you’re struggling with, get in touch with me. I’d love to work with you. Drop me a message through my contact page or call me on 07496 784532.

To make this as easy as possible for you, I can be contacted via phone, email or through the contact form. However you choose to contact me, you are assured of a warm, empathetic response.

What happens next?

My normal working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am to 7 pm (excluding bank holidays). I will respond to messages within one working day.
